- All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
- During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, sales), processing times may increase slightly. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  Standard Shipping:
   - Delivery Time: 7-13 calendar days.
   - Cost: Free for orders over $60; otherwise, a flat fee of $9.99 applies.


Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout.

Order Tracking

- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Use the tracking link provided to monitor the status of your delivery.
- If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of shipping confirmation, please contact us at sales@voleece.com.

Shipping Restrictions

- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Orders placed with invalid shipping addresses will be canceled or delayed until the correct address is confirmed.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window:

- We will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a resolution.
- Please note that delays caused by natural disasters, weather, or carrier-related issues are beyond our control.

Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package:

- Report the issue to us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
- Provide photos of the damaged package and items.
- We will assist you in resolving the issue, either by replacing the item or processing a refund.

Changes to Shipping Information

- Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee changes to shipping details.
